Very clean, great location and helpful staff

The apartment was very clean and well designed, it had everything you need and was a super comfortable bed. There was also AC in the room which was great!

I feel that the price was quite high for a shared flat. Although you have a private room with your own key, I feel the price was more something I would pay for a private apartment.

The accommodation was conveniently located in central Faro, just a short walk from restaurants, the harbour, train station and tourist attractions. The furnishings were attractive and modern and there was a kitchen ( shared by two rooms) enabling some self catering. The check in at a separate establishment went smoothly and the receptionist accompanied us to our apartment.

In our case, the other guests sharing the 2 bedroom apartment were absolutely fine but it may not suit some people to share the apartment ( and bathroom) with strangers. A separate toilet would be ideal.

The staff were very nice and the interior design of the place was also very good.

The room was filled with ants along the walls which eventually crawled onto the bed and chairs over the days we stayed. The bathroom is not separated from the bedroom, it is all in the same room with no door to separate, this was not shown clearly in the photos or description. On our second night at around 2am someone was constantly banging on the door which woke us up, when we tried to contact reception there was no response.

The reception was a bit confusing, but I also misread the email and didn't realize reception was away from the room. Eunice was extremely kind, helpful, and understanding of our late arrive and took care of us perfectly. Thank you so much. Muito Obrigado!

Very clean, comfortable, nice location, shower is awesome, but open plan bathroom/bedroom may not be for some.

Check in process sucks but nothing a phone call can't resolve.

The check in process was awful. Nothing on booking.com was correct. You had to go to a different location to check in. The phone number on the original booking.com was wrong. And the room wasn’t available until 5 pm when booking.com said it would be done at 3pm.

Location, shower was excellent, size of room

Check in was away from the apartment location, on a different street 7 minutes away. Front desk wasn't at location. Door of room stiff hard to open. Very noisey on street side with traffic early in the morning
