"Disappointing"

Needs deep cleaning. Needs improvement and replacement (ancient kitchen tools, rusty tools, mold in the shower, the bedding). Needs repair (the heater, the shower pipes, the wardrobe). Disappointing. Total lack of respect for tourists.
