"Black hole" on the map of hospitable Turkey. We love Turkey very much, we came here several times, stayed in different cities and hotels and liked everything very much. But this Berlin hotel turned out to be the worst I have ever seen in my life. With a good location (close to the beach and water taxi station), the quality of the hotel is simply disgusting: broken furniture, plumbing and an absolutely inadequate manager. I have never seen anything like this before: the insanely greedy and petty manager Ibrahim (he says that he can be called IBO) after checking in and paying, demanded to pay more money, 100 lire, allegedly for some exchange rate difference. At night, after checking in, he shouted like a tradeswoman in the bazaar, hysterical, evicted from the room (which was fully paid) and, juggling that he would be evicted from the hotel, moved to another room. I have never seen such a scandalous, petty and hysterical manager. Despite the fact that the hotel staff is sincerely trying, there will definitely not be good development with such a leader. Better choose another hotel nearby.

Staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful. Room is what was expected. We were advised to leave the Aircon on while out to comeback to chilled room, which is unreal - didn't do it, but just saying. Breakfast table huge and fresh for few €. Minibar kept full at request with prices you would pay in Tesco... Scuba diving with Elite for two, whole day boat trip, with lunch, with two dives, 70€. I mean, what else can you ask for? Overall Turkish people are amazing hosts. Word of advise, if you are not used to driving in Turkey, I suggest use taxi, it's madness out there..

some cleaning staff enters the room without knocking . at 10 o’clock a cleaning staff told us to leave the room because there was other guests waiting for the room, of-course we ignored because checkout time is 11:30 - 12:00, and check in time is still early to 2:00; but it wasn’t nice to talk to us like this.
