Alles was heel proper, ook alles aanwezig om te koken. Heel mooi dakterras met een view

Het huis was erg ruim en netjes. Perfect voor 6 gasten. De plek was ook perfect je kon overal met een huurauto goed komen. Het is precies in het midden van het eiland. De host was ook erg duidelijk en aardig en goed geregeld.

A ház adottságai lehetővé tették volna a kellemes ott tartózkodást, 3 szoba, étkező, két fürdőszoba és nappali. A biztonság kiváló volt, az ablakokon és az ajtókon található rácsok, és lamellák betötés gátlóak. A kulcsszéf is jól működött. Az ágyak és a törölközők tiszták voltak. A szállásadó hamar válaszolt és intézkedett.

A megérkezéskor és utána pár napig még az egész ház penész szagú volt, a szekrényekkel együtt. A szállásadó panaszomra hozott páraelszívótasakokat, és illatosítókat. Egy kicsit javult a helyzet, de a folyamatos szellőztetés sokat számított. Az alsó fürdőszobában a mosdókagylóból a szekrénybe, és utána a talajra folyt a víz. A jelzésemre ez is kijavításra került. Nem volt áram az egyik szoba dugaljaiban, a éjjeli szekrény kislámpáinak égői kiégtek. Kérésemre kaptam égőket és hosszabbítót. A francia ágyak puhák, de az nem volt velük gond, de mindegyik ágyhoz egy takarót adta. Kérésemre ezt is kaptunk. A konyha felszereltsége, tisztasága problémás, még nem voltam ilyen rossz konyhában utazásaim során. Vendégfogadás_ semmi, se só, cukor, olaj..., mosogatószert és szivacsot is én vettem Egy papírtörlő, várt bennünket. A legszebb az egyik éjszaka volt, amikor a konyhában egért fogtam, de sajnos elmenekült.

Posizione ottimale per visitare l'intera isola, in 30-40 minuti raggiungi ogni luogo di interesse. Raggiungibile a piedi c'è un piccolo alimentari/bar confusionario ma fornitissimo per l'essenziale e un ristorante/pizzeria. A 5 minuti di macchina giugi a Ribiera Brava dove trovi tutto, supermarket, farmacia, ristoranti...ecc. La casa è grande e pulitissima.

Purtroppo i letti erano scomodissimi, addirittura il divano letto sfondato e quando abbiamo chiesto aiuto al proprietario, l'unica cosa che abbiamo ottenuto è stata la risposta di adattarci ad un altro divano letto ad una piazza e mezzo scarsa situato in corridoio senza nemmeno presentarsi per poter trovare una soluzione insieme. La porta del bagno in cucina è rotta e non si chiude e il proprietario ci ha risposto che sta aspettando il pezzo; peccato che già dalle recenzioni del 2023 segnalavano la porta rotta. Eravamo in 8 e le sedie del tavolo da pranzo erano solo 6, per fortuna almeno questa nostra richiesta è stata accolta trovandoci alla porta 2 sedie in più. A questo prezzo non pretendevamo certo una villa, ma almeno più considerazione del proprietario si: bastava si presentasse per risolvere insieme i vari problemi.

Se encuentra en una zona de la isla que pilla a mano los puntos principales. Zona tranquila y con posibilidad de aparcamiento. El dueño era muy resolutivo, puesto que contestaba rápido y te solucionaba los problemas.

Las camas eran incómodas y hacía calor en la casa

The host was very kind and helpful, answering all of our questions immediately and giving detailed information about the accommodation. Very nice location and enough parking place for our cars.

Unfortunately there were quite a few disturbing and inconvenient things with the Airbnb. From the first day we noticed that the walls were soaking wet, which made the air in the whole house very unpleasant and unhealthy. There were lots of huge cockroaches unfortunately, we also found them in the cupboard which contains the food. In the kitchen the tap was apparently repaired previously but unfortunately it is still not good, it drips constantly and it is impossible to wash the dishes properly. The toilet is also leaking and the shower upstairs has a fully broken tap and temperature control lever, we were able to use it somehow but it was very difficult. We found this broken adjuster lever thrown behind the toilet. The hairdryer was also broken, it was just blowing cold air and it was burnt.

A lot of space in the house. View is really good. Host was always available and arranged to get more heaters as it got chilly during the night.

Better parking options, location could be better, tough to enjoy terrace as wasps were always nearby.
