The location is perfect/ can see wide whole sea with amazing sun set from the window cause it's bit higher hill though easy to meet central as walk distance and huge size of place Clearness is also most important for me and it's really satisfying/ plenty of equipment Everything was perfect and the place made us happy/ great, kind host More than 100% recommend 👌 👍

Comfortable and spacious apartment for a family stay. Additionally we got a baby crib and a high chair.

Cleanness might be improved. The location is not suitable for taking a walk around with kids.

Very nice and modern apartment. Clean and well maintained. For us location was great since out of downtown and was convenient because of parking and avoiding unnecessary traffic. But very easy to go to downtown when you choose to.

The property has every you want in a home, the interior decor was top notch. The balcony was perfect l, the views was everything. I love sunset yea I got it from there over the Adriatic Sea. I would recommend this apartment for short and long term stay. This apartment is for sure the best I have booked on booking.com. It is relatively not expensive and you get even better than what you see in the picture. Floor heating was also in the accommodation so don’t be scared durning winter. I have a lot to say about this splending apartment but it’s already too long The staff Ivan was so friendly and welcoming. Very nice man. I would for sure come back again to zadar and to this apartment

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and fully equipped with all the appliances that you may need. There is also AC in every room. The location is convenient and it takes around 10 minutes to get to the Kolovare beach by car.
