DEVery modern, very clean apartment. All neat and new. Everything we needed there, we felt very comfortable. Check-in was straightforward. Were even able to leave the apartment an hour later than stated. Alberto was very helpful and accommodating. A few small suggestions for improvement: Great would be in the kitchen a 2. Cutting board, a rack for drying the dishes and a tea towel. The apartment echos very much overall, one or two carpets could help. And a small couch in the living area, otherwise it is difficult to sit comfortably in the apartment longer on rainy days.
Unfortunately, there was no internet yet, but it's the landlord's turn and fibre optics is currently being laid throughout the city. There are no smoke detectors in the apartment.
BEVery clean apartment in the old town of Grosseto. Calm and lovely. The host was very accomodating and reachable for every question and inquiry.
