Nice interior and very comfortable. Next to the village shuttle bus stop (but it can be very crowded). Well equipped kitchen - everything looked new
No heating controls (very warm) and quite noisy. Needs more clothes storage space. Lighting is very dim. TV only gives main Japanese channels or you have to subscribe to Apple TV.

The property was upscale and had a stellar view of the mountains. Size of the room was great, bathrooms were excellent and spacious. Entry was secure. Convenient laundry right outside the front door of the rooms. Staff were available for what’s app and easy to access.
1. Huge cockroach was found when we first checked in 2. Locker rooms not adequate for ski trip. No heater or hangers to dry ski gear. lockers small. 3. Staff took my stuff from the locker because they thought we checked out. We thought we were stolen from. Thankfully we weren’t. 4. The hall right outside our room was always dark during the day making it hard to see. 5. No staff on site.
