Не ждите от квартиры в старинном здании современную планировку. При этом все необходимое для комфортного размещения есть. Расположение крайне удобное для моего активного путешествия.

The location was really good. I liked that you could use your phone to control the door, but maybe a bit unsafe/ inconvenient if you lose your phone or run out of charge. The management were nice.

I did not think this property was good value for the price. The apartment we were given was smaller than the one bedroom apartment advertised in the photo and there was barely any room to put our luggage. The bathroom also had a big centipede in it when we arrived. It is also up very narrow stairs so probably not recommended for anyone with mobility difficulties. I noticed that some guests mentioned they were given a complimentary breakfast, seems a bit unfair if not offered to all guests.

Location was fantastic. Street was quiet for a busy neighbourhood.

A few glitches checking-in. Everywhere else in Portugal needed only passport photos. The Smith-Adam’s request for a selfie with ID in hand was not reasonable. Noise within the building was a bit much. Please check out the photo showing the gap around the door. Furniture was cheap and showing signs of wear. Carpet was dirty. Recurrent sewer smell in our suite—-seemed to be coming from the bathroom. At times the same smell was evident in the staircase even. Stairs were made very clear ahead of time, but maybe a railing would help. Maybe it’s too narrow. Not sure. $35 euros per clean was pretty expensive. We always look after ourselves anyway, so this didn’t affect us.

There was a really strong smell of damp, the sink gurgled all night, the photos were nothing like the appartment. The bathroom was so small you had to sit sideways on the toilet

De Locatie.

Het begint al met de binnenkomst in het gebouw. Om boven te komen moet je twee echt hele steile trappen op en er zijn geen leuningen. Het appartement is klein. In de huiskamer staat een bank en daarmee is het ook meteen gevuld. De slaapkamer is klein. Het 2-persoons bed staat aan een kant tegen de muur dus er is een iemand die altijd over het bed in en uit het bed moet. Zeker als je 's nacht naar het toilet wil is dat een heel geklauter. De badkamer is klein. Je kunt nauwelijks fatsoenlijk op het toilet zitten. Het is eigenlijk heel dubbel; de lokatie en supportteam zijn helemaal prima. het appartement valt erg tegen. zeker gezien de kosten. Gelukkig zijn we mensen die de hele dag op pad zijn en alleen voor te slapen of tussendoor ons op te frissen in het appartement zijn. Maar als er een echte slechte dag had tussen gezeten dat je niet naar buiten kunt. had ik het niet geweten hoe deze dag door te komen in het appartement.
