Sehr schöne, ansprechende Anlage. Pool, Garten, Eingangshalle machen einen großartigen Eindruck. Essen und Frühstück sehr gut. Das Reinigungsteam hat jeden Tag liebevoll die Betten dekoriert und sehr sauber geputzt.

Das gesamte Personal sprach leider kein Wort Englisch, sondern nur französisch. Service - Organisation ist in einigen Teilen verbesserungsfähig und wenig professionell. Die Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt und die Stühle/Hochstühle mehr als unbequem.

Everything. Perfect place to stay when visiting Marrakesh for some peace and quiet after a few crazy days. Only 15/20mins away. Taxis close by. Especially the King pool room suite. Soo relaxing. Wish we stayed longer.

We booked the King pool room suite for 2 nights but they double booked us so only had it for one night. They did give us our meal but not drinks which did not come to the same amount. There was around €25 difference. Only one main meal was provided instead of 2 as lost in translation due to only French speaking staff.

Bel établissement ,avec un accueil sympathique.Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel est a l' écoute. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Le prix de la navette supérieur à ceux des taxis locaux. (Nous avons payé moins cher pour un établissement plus éloigné, qui proposait d'ailleurs des navettes gratuites A/R à certaines heures) Merci quand même à Philippe pour les infos sur Marrakech.

Arnaque à la chambre familiale qu'ils vendent mais qui n'existent pas.

Accueil atroce par un dénommé Jacky qui se met à crier en empêchant toute discussion quand vous leur expliquez que vous ne pouvez pas dormir dans des chambres séparées avec un enfant de 6 ans.

It was a lovely slice of peaceful tranquility and hospitality. I greatly enjoyed lounging by the pool in the sun. Was able to read with zero noise pollution. My room was always kept very clean and the bed would be made up everyday.

Perhaps because I'm American, and used to more selection. I found myself missing and craving a greater variety of menu items. They offered delicious chicken, duck, lamb, fish, and spaghetti options. But steak options would have been phenomenal.

L'accueil personnalisé par la gérante et le personnel. Visite des lieux. On s'est senti vraiment à l aise. On peut prendre le petit dejeuner même à 12h. Ils sont vraiment à l'écoute. Les chambres sont refaites chaques jours pas juste une recouche mais le grand ménage

We had an excellent stay here! From the moment we arrived, Soso welcomed us as if we were coming into her own home. Even though she speaks French and we didn’t, we communicated easily via Google Translate and felt so taken care of. A highlight was when we arrived late one evening; Soso personally warmed up dinner and brought it to our room—that level of care is rare! Soso was always on hand to help with our requests and really was the highlight of our stay! The property itself is beautifully decorated and feels like a tranquil palace. We also want to shout out Philippe, who was always on hand to drive us back and forth to the center. He was super reliable, on time, and made us feel very safe, especially when returning late at night.

Muy bonito

Lamentablemente la habitación donde nos hospedamos. Había una mesa de noche y le faltaba una para. Cuando fui a colocar mi teléfono sobre la mesa me cayó la lámpara de noche en la frente. Solo ofrecieron llevarme a un hospital. Al otro día hicieron limpieza en la habitación y cambiaron la mesa del baño por la mesa de noche. Creo que mínimo debo recibir un reembolso por lo sucedido.
