Villa Mazoya

Quiet area, nice pool cleaned everyday, two tables and chairs on patio area. Good a/c and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable.

We were a family of 11 but only 9 sun loungers, BBQ was dirty and full of cigarette ends, oven was dirty so both unusable. No microwave or toaster as promised in an email, but property manager did bring a toasty maker. Bedding was old and stained, no pillow or mattress protectors. Top bed cover did not fit the beds, no bedlinen or towel change during our stay, as advised via email, so we washed everything ourselves. One bedroom had no main light, even though we were promised an electrician. Some bathrooms had no towel rail, broken shower in one, downstairs bathroom towels were like rugs could only use one side so not fit for purpose. Wardrobes were child sized so could not hang trousers/dresses. This villa needs a complete refurb, everything is very shabby and worn. These are things you can't see in the photos.

The house was dirty and the towels and sheets were all stained. Not enough sunbeds for house that sleeps 14( only 9). Kitchen equipment sparce,no toaster or microwave.Broken towel and toilet roll holder. Shower screen broken.Decore needs updating. Nothing provided no hand soap, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, cleaning materials. We had to buy all of these on arrival.

Jättefint hus, läge och poolområde. Vi hade det helt underbart!

Saknade köksredskap för att kunna laga mat, det va lite ostädat- hittade någons kalsonger under sängen tex. Kylskåpet va trasigt- fick en tillfällig lagning som löste det lite bättre. Saknade även lite glas och vinglas samt lakan istället för filtar att sova i.
