The apartment is a real little gem. It is still perfectly clean, tidy and tastefully done. The owner (Cinzia) is very caring, friendly and ready to help with advice. My wife and I felt like at home. The location is great, as you can reach most of the attractions on foot and the owner of the apartment provides you with a private parking space. The apartment also has a fast internet connection, snacks for breakfast and some cold drinks in the fridge, which are free for guests. In short, I highly recommend this apartment.

Cinzia is an incredible host, going out of her way to ensure her guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. Before arriving at the apartment, Cinzia did us a favour by collecting us from a nearby bar because we were scared of entering a ZTL zone. She guided us to the apartment by letting us follow her car. When we arrived she explained how the ZTL zone works, which I thought was so thoughtful as we didn’t want to get fined for accidentally crossing into these restricted areas in our car. We were delighted to arrive to some snacks and drinks provided by Cinzia to welcome us. But as I have mentioned, Cinzia will do everything to make your stay in Palermo great! I asked her for recommendations in Palermo of places to eat, and her favourite beaches. Cinzia then sent me more than 20 places to explore! As for the apartment, it is decorated beautifully with a modern vibe, everything is clean and it smells incredible. The beds are extremely comfortable. The apartment is located at street level, and if you walk 5 minutes, you are in Palermo's centre, so the location is convenient. As for parking, this was my number one priority when finding accomodation in Palermo. But Cinzia’s apartment made parking easy, as it was right outside the apartment and FREE! I see lots of places on Booking advertise on-site parking but it’s paid or you have to reserve, but with this accommodation, your car is right outside the apartment, and you don’t have to pay anything! This gives added comfort as you don’t have to worry about anything happening to your car, as the apartment is located on a quiet street. I would really recommend booking this apartment if you are looking for places to stay in Palermo. Not only is it located in a convenient place in the city as you are close to everything, but the apartment itself is beautiful, the host is amazing and the parking situation is incredibly easy.

Najczystszy, najprzytulniejszy apartament w jakim byłem. Schludnie urządzony, z pełnym wyposażeniem. Najbardziej zaimponowała mi gospodyni, zawsze dostępna, bardzo pomocna i życzliwa. Wszystkie główne atrakcje Palermo w zasięgu 20-minutowego spaceru. Blisko do dworca i przystanków autobusowych.

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i ładnie urządzone. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, dość wygodna łazienka, sprawna klimatyzacja. Świetna lokalizacja - blisko do turystycznego centrum, morza, dobrych barów i restauracji, a jednocześnie w spokojnej uliczce. Właścicielka super sympatyczna, bardzo miła i pomocna. Nie spodziewaliśmy się aż tak wysokiego standardu! Polecamy!

Cozy, small appartment. Perfect for two guests. Close to the bus station, centre. The owner was helpful and nice.

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, urzadzone z dbałością o każdy szczegół. Materac i poduszki bardzo wygodne i świeże, pachnące ręczniki, był nawet koszyczek z oddzielnymi ręcznikami do twarzy- super pomysł! Gospodyni przywitała nas bardzo serdecznie, w zamrażarce czekamy na nas przepyszne lody, co było zbawianiem w tak upalny dzień, oraz sniadanie i kawa na kolejny dzień. Gospodyni zarezerwowała nammiejsce parkingowe pod samym drzwiami. Mieszkanie bardO blisko wszytki atrakcji Palermo, ale w cichej uliczce. Bardzo dziękujemy za przyjemny choć krótki pobyt.
