Mountain Joy Treehouse Cabin w Hot Tub & Free Tickets

The cabin was very clean and the bed in the bedroom slept great, very comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and the kitchen had utensils and spices , salt , pepper, and utensils for the grill. Loved the windows in the morning how they let in the sunlight downstairs and I enjoyed drinking coffee on the back porch in the rocking chairs. My son and his friend enjoyed the pool table and hot-tub. WiFi is very strong but no cell service in the area hardly. It’s spotty. Ac works very well and it was nice being able to wash clothes. The cabin had a very nice woody smell to it . It would be a very nice cabin for a couple looking for a romantic getaway.

The driveway is very steep. My bumper in my Camry hit the road when pulling out of driveway. I had to either back up it or go turn around somewhere and pull up the opposite direction. Also there needs to be a curtain of some type in the bathroom or bedroom covering the see through fireplace. I had to leave the bedroom so my son could shower because you could see straight through the fireplace into the bathtub/shower. Also it would’ve been nice to have a tv in the bottom in the living room above the fireplace maybe. Had to watch my phone when sitting in the recliner couch. The washer and dryer is very outdated and needs to be replaced. Very old and very small. Only can wash a small load at a time and dryer made horrible noise. There’s not really any view other than woods but you pay way more for a cabin with a view.

It had everything we could of needed all the way down to a washer and dryer! It wasn’t right up on anybody else’s property and spending the nights on the balcony under the stars with just the sound of the out doors was so relaxing and romantic! It was perfect for a romantic Getaway without the kids, it was the perfect environment to get to know each other again and with their being a pool table and board games we were also able to play and laugh. It’s far enough out to be secluded and away from everyone but also close enough to find great places to eat and to experience Gatlinburg. It was no more than 30 minutes to everything we had planned to do while we stayed . We never had an issue reaching the owners anytime we weren’t sure about something . The customer service couldn’t have gotten any better and they also have the cutest guest book in the cabin for you to sign and leave a little note in if you wanted to. I loved this idea and it made my heart so full to see the amount of amazing people who have stayed there as well . One couple had been in the same cabin every year for 7 or 8 years and it made me even happier than I was before. I’m so grateful I was able to add our experience to the guest book 10/10 I recommend especially for a couples Getaway.

The cabin was a little dream! The accommodation was lovely and furnished with attention to detail. No wishes remain unfulfilled. It was quiet and far from town. We lived this place!

Beautiful place and far away from everyone and everything.

It was nice to have a jacuzzi tub in bathroom and hot tub on deck. Alot of room in cabin.

All the steps are a bit much for bringing cooler up and hill was way to steep to get up onto to park the car. Yellow water came out in jacuzzi tub when we tried to fill up tub with warm water.
