Some of the equipment deserve renewal or fixing, add more light

Only few things are good: 1. Very good & clean kitchen, becuase it's new. 2. The location is very quite. Very close to the beach, and to co-working place.

I regret to share my unfortunate experience during my stay at this villa. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that greatly impacted my stay. Firstly, I was disappointed to find that the villa was infested with a persistent cockroach problem, despite attempts to eliminate them. Additionally, a lizard frequently soiled the bed, floor, and even my sleeping area with its droppings, which was quite distressing. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the villa, including the pool, was subpar and fell far below expectations. After enduring two uncomfortable nights, I approached the owner with my concerns and requested a refund. Although they reluctantly agreed, I must highlight that the owner only refunded me for two nights instead of the agreed-upon four nights. It seems that the owner's policies prioritize their own interests over customer satisfaction. To my surprise, as I was preparing to check out, the owner purposely used poisonous chemicals that prevented my entry to the villa for two hours. This led to their unfounded accusation of overstaying and the subsequent refusal to refund me for that particular day. Regrettably, my experience with this owner has left me with the impression that they are untrustworthy and manipulative. I strongly advise avoiding this villa to spare yourself from a distressing and unpleasant experience. The conditions were deplorable, and it is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for the owner.
