Brand new, with upscale finishes, super clean Simple furniture in good condition. Hot water any time, washer & dryer. Comfortable linens, pillows & towels. Lots of cooling options. Friendly host & security. Easy access with door code, no fumbling with keys. Parking space included a plus.

Location is a bit far from convenience, not easily walkable to nearby shops, transportation required. Must call for taxi or request on rideshare app, far from hailing route. Cabinet with ceaning products & tools for general daily tidying not labeled. Rubbish kept in outside laundry room attracts flies and makes it difficult to enter/exit without them entering apartment. Pool gets crowded and noisy, other guests/residents were not friendly. Couldn't use livingroom ceiling fan without turning on bright, overhead light. No ambient light for night.
