La cocina está separada del resto de la casa, pues había que salir al patio para acceder a ella. La limpieza no era muy buena y olía mucho a humedad. Además saltaban los plomos al enchufar varios aparatos de calefacción. No está adaptada a personas de movilidad reducida como ponía el anuncio.
