COUNTRY HOUSE CASAMIRIAM

Perfect location if you plan to visit Venice - the train station Mira-Mirano is 5 minutes by car and the train goes directly to Venezia. The owner is extremely kind - he helped us about our trip, prepared a nice breakfast (I really liked the toast). Room was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommended :)

The room and the wellcoming

We didnt' like the food and the road acces.also your the wi fi is turned off immediately at the first hour of the morning and they starts to use the vacuum cleaner to wake you up and to leave even if you should check out at .10.00am .

It was close to Venis where was our destination. And owner was very kind and supportive with informations for our treval to Venis. Big parking and good restaurant next to house so we could enjoy good food with reasonable price. . Room was specious and clean, especially bathroom was big and enough towels to use. Breakfast was simple but owner was kind and did his best to serve us.

I wish there were more offer for breakfast like omlet or fruit but the price of the room was small so I can't complain it.

There were no facilities on or nearby the property for dinner - we arrived fairly late, tired and hungry and spent considerable time finding our way around the nearest town looking for parking and then the recommended restaurant, which was very good. One thing we found disconcerting was that the window shutters in the bedroom were open( no screens of course) which allowed literally dozens of the local “autumn bugs” of some kind to be in the room! We killed or got rid of as many as we could, but still found some by our bed in the morning - and they fly and they bite! If the owners can manage that problem, it would make a big difference !

The hosts were really nice to us, we felt like at home. The bed was really comfortable, and we got more than enough towels. The stay was a nice last day touch to our 15 day roadtrip across Italy before returning back to Slovenia. Venice is really close by car, and the restaurant next door is 10/10 (you need a reservation).
