Great location but not on a busy street so perfectly quiet at night

Only area for improvement is handing over keys - no instructions beforehand and because we were arriving during the standard check in hours it didn’t allow us to specify on the booking. Arrived and ended up calling the host who did come straight away but we were standing around for 15m - luckily weather was fine!

Bathroom, bed, location, design, floor, roof terrace

High humidity, not enough daylight in the room. Also there were aromatic sticks, I didn't like the smell and hid them in the bathroom for the night.

I enjoyed the accommodation; it had plenty of space and was well-kept, very clean. The owner of BB was really kind and accommodating. He assisted me in connecting with Luca, who handled all of our travel arrangements while we were in Sicily. Excellent location of the BB.

Well, it's not very easy to find the BB because there was no signage next to or above the entrance. I had to consult the next-door restaurant owner. After I contacted the BB tel.number, they informed me that they would be there, and ten minutes later, they did. The fact that the breakfast was provided in a neighborhood bar around 100 meters away surprised me. It would actually be acceptable. However, breakfast consisted of just one delicious pastry and coffee. Not a single orange juice or other. Thus, I wouldn't consider that to be breakfast.

The property was just beautiful for our night in Catania. Salvo was there to welcome us and give us and information we needed about where to eat and visit. We visited a lovely restaurant around the back of the apartment and had a wonderful meal.

Location was perfect. It was at the city center but calm, away from all the traffics and noises.

Not much ventilation. It was quite humid. There were no extra or change of towels as they were difficult to dry.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very close to the centre. The host was very nice and arranged the airport shuttle for us. The breakfast was also fantastic.

Biscari Home is very well located in the city center of Catania. The room is very comfortable with a nice balcony. The shower room is small but has a good shower. Breakfast is served in a bar nearby and is the Italian way (croissant and coffee). The room is next to Palace Biscari with is very beautiful and wothzile a visit.

Location was perfect, steps away from the heart of town. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Perfect location - you can go everywhere from there by foot and explore the city. The room was very beautiful, comfortable, spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were great :) Wifi worked great too.

Wifi router was reset by someone and the provided username and password didn't work. We had to ask for the original master password, but I doubt every guest will think of that as the wifi networks names were different. Shower - it was very hard to switch on the top shower and we had use the hand shower, which wasn't very comfortable. Then as the water is hot it will suddenly become freezing. The door handle inside of the bathroom was broken and you could lock yourself inside. This needs to be fixed ASAP. We found it weird that the sink was in the hallway, but there is no other place for it. That wasn't a problem, but guests should know :)
