"Penalty, penalty penalty"

• The hotel was clean, providing a pleasant environment during the stay. • Its location was convenient, especially being close to the Zhytomyr highway, making it easy to access. The staff was very friendly

• The hotel has an extensive list of penalties, including fines for things typically handled by cleaning staff, such as unwashed dishes or small damages for example to bedsheets or towels. • The cost for a lost room key was excessively high, despite the low cost of the keys themselves. • Drinking alcohol on the premises is also penalized. • The rooms were very noisy, with guests playing loud TVs despite supposed penalties for noise disturbances.
