The location is excellent, in a relatively quiet street in a safe neighborhood, close to many attractions. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, and the staff was attentive and friendly. We recommend it to other guests: it was a pleasant stay.

It didn't subtract from our stay in a meaningful way, but the cleaning could be done a little more thoroughly. The working surfaces (countertop, floors, toilet, etc.) were cleaned well, but there were dirt marks around light switches, some stains on the walls, and bit of dirt was left in the corners. We did also encounter 2 dead and 2 living cockroaches. Since the apartment has a kitchen, it would also be nice if the hotel provided the means to do the dishes, like soap, a sponge and drying cloths. We ended up washing our coffee cups with our fingers and hand soap from the bathroom.

Exceptionally clean. Ideal location. 24 hour security. Nice aesthetic and finishings.

Presidential suite was the size of a small or average hotel room. Very little storage for clothes. No cable television. Shower leaked on bathroom floor. No seating area in room. Super basic, not worth what we paid.

La verdad muy decepcionada de esta estadia, no volveria definitivamente. Las paredes parece que son de tabla roca, muy ligeras, todo se escucha en cuarto contiguo, hubo alguien llorando, gritando y corriendo dentro del cuarto desde las 6am ambos dias que estuve ahi. Se oia tambien todo algo al lado, entrada salida de carros, cada que se prende la maquina del agua, el agua correr por tuberias despues de llover... Todo, se oye toooodo, por lo cual descansar no es una opcion. El ultimo dia, mi mama se quedo en cuarto dormida mucho antes del check out, uno de los empleados del hotel, abrio puerta y entro sin tocar o avisar, eso esta pesimo, que tal que se hubiera estado cambiando? Nos quedamos con muy mal sabor de boca de esta estancia.

EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN, MUY BONITO Y ACOGEDOR, LIMPIO, PERSONAL AMABLE.

La ubicación y limpieza, el trato del personal es muy bueno y las instalación en excelente estado, sin duda para mi próximo viaje a CDMX será mi 1ra opción.

Solo que su estacionamiento tiene pocos cajones disponibles pero yo no batalle para encontrar lugar.
