Le logement sentait l'humidité. La 2eme chambre se trouve dans le salon (un canapé lit très vieux qui grince) et sans occultant. La machine ne fonctionne pas (j'ai du laver le sol car elle a coulé) et a fait disjoncté les plombs (frigo et clim) La vaisselle est déposée sur des plaques rouillées, elle est sale. La lunette des toilette est cassée (voir également avis mai et non réparée) super pour s’asseoir , vous tombez à moitié ! Table pour 2/3 personnes (ou il faut tout bouger pour essayer d’être à 4) Impossible d’utiliser le micro ondes (prise trop basse et pas d'adaptateur !) Communication à la fin inexistant suite à tous ces soucis.

Sadly pretty much nothing

We usually never write such a negative comment but because we did not receive any response to our inquieries from the hosts of the place, even after multiple messages, we wanted to summarize them so that improvements can be made. The first thing we noticed while entering the appartment was the extrem humidity of the place even though the only two small windows of the appartment were open. Then we immediately found out that the place was pretty dirty and even doubted if it had been cleaned at all after the previous guests when we saw the obvious stains on the toilet and other equipment as the provided towels (hair and brown stains that did not seem to be rust - we will spare you the fotos that we took of that). Thankfully we had our own small towel. Arriving late we still tried to sleep there but did not get any because of the strong humidity. We had to find a new place early in the morning to try to get some sleep even if we were supposed to stay longer. Based on our experience, we strongly discourage you to book this place.

I liked that it was very close to the main áreas to visit, good location. We also had a coffee machine and a fridge, the apartment was very spacious.

We did not have any hygienic paper, and it was not very clean. Did not like that so much, but it was ok. They could pay more attention to the cleaning.

The location

Lack of communication Air con only in the kitchen so rest of house very hot. Had to clean shower and bathroom. Hairs in plug of shower. Black mould and rust! Toilet seat very unstable as was the toilet base. Very little natural light. No balcony or courtyard as per included on their site. No soap and shampoo as well as no hair dryer and no toilet paper. Kitchen sponges had to be thrown away on account of their lack of cleanliness! Plus when we arrived at 1 pm as per our agreed check in we were greeted by a very officious lady insisting 2pm was check in time. Not even a hello but could you come back at 2 pm!!! Immediately we walked in we could smell that someone had been smoking in the house!

No windows in bedroom so cannot refresh air

Contact with host smooth & efficient. Easy access to property. Free street parking relatively easy to find. Kitchen really well equipped for preparing meals. Washing machine old but did the job. Halfway between archeological park & Ortigia. Excellent value.

As mentioned by others cleaning could be better and the bed mattress is ready for replacement.

10-15 minutes walking to Ortigia, the property remains fresh, there is air conditioning in every room. The parking is free on the street, it’s not noisy.

It should have a bit more attention to the cleaning
