Walk from station is one road until you turn into historic centre, very easy to find and our host greeted us and gave us a warm welcome 🤗. Very good location and the accommodation was superb for us. Also great for evening walks on the promenade. Kitchen well equipped and bed very comfy. 10/10

Location is perfect, in the old town with so many restaurants and shops close by. The beach is also 3 minutes walk. Comfortable living spaces.

The internet is very very slow inside the accomodation

Great apartment and reasonably priced for what you get. Perfect location and all amenities.

Wifi is super slow and there's no reception in the apartment to use mobile data.

Compact, but spacious with the mezzanine floor in a quiet area of the old town.

There is no covering for the top windows of the door unit, which let in light during the night and early morning. Another place with a stove top, but no Moka coffee maker, only another type of those silly coffee makers with no instructions on how to operate. Also tea bags would be a nice option.

Apartment is lacking some kitchen essentials such as cooking oil and we were only provided with 2 coffee pods for a 4 day stay.

Great location and ambience. Quiet. Nice living space and very comfortable bed. Well equipped. Spotlessly clean.

I found the spiral staircase up to the bedroom a little difficult to navigate, which made the living arrangements somewhat awkward for me.

Brand new, fully equipped holiday apartment in the heart of the historical city of Monopoli. Very central but in a quiet street. The bed is big, the kitchen is fully equipped, everything was spotlessly clean. I appreciated the washing machine, and the kitchen - with coffe machine (and some coffee capsules), olive oil, paper towels, trash bags etc., all that makes your life easy during a longer stay (we stayed 8 nights and enjoyed every minute). Thank you, Modesto! PS. Adding some light above the mirror in the bathroom would be great.

Lovely flat in great location, looks better in real life than on photos! Everything you need is there, close to shops, beach, transport,..... comfy bed, super clean, and very nice and welcoming hosts :) Definitely recommended!
