The location, its proximity to water, it is literally waterfront.
The owner can do with appointing cleaning company to sort the place out regularly. The place was dirty, very disappointing for such a beautiful picturesque location. Wifi connectivity was a hustle, had to keep calling owner to sort out connectivity. The on deck pool was empty and dirty. The grill was dirty from many previous uses, zero effort to clean it. Refrigerator not clean and full of old food from previous clients.
