Bed comfortable, Very clean bathroom and kitchen. Easy to find and parking good.

The floors looked clean but unfortunately the black Florida yuck was there.

"Amazing accommodations for a great price!!"

The host was very responsive to questions and provided the door code and wifi password before check-in. The studio was very clean and nicely decorated and also had little touches like a lit candle in the bathroom and decorative coasters on the side tables. It had ample dishes and flatware. The shower was large, and the shower head was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable, and streaming services were available on a large TV. The outside was also decorated for Christmas, with lights hanging from the roof and lighted reindeer on the lawn.

I have no complaints. It was a great place to stay!

"Expected me to stay even though there was no power. Never answered my emails until after booking."

Nothing

I tried to cancel reservation since there was no power. Host never responded. Could not communicate through phone or email. Even though there was no power, I was still charged. I would have stayed there if there was power. It is dangerous and unfair to try and rent a place when there is no power and you can not get in touch with the host.

very clean and well equipped. the studio is adjacent to the owners property, but has its own entrance door and has a small area by the door to sit out.
