Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. - Please note that city tax will apply only for the first 7 nights and is applicable for all adults and children over 15 years old. - When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per night applies. - The property is located on the 2th floor in a building with no elevator. - Please note that only dogs are allowed, all other pets are not allowed. - A surcharge of 20€ applies for arrivals between 13:00 and 15:00. All requests for early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. - A surcharge of 20€ applies for departures between 10:00 and 12:00. All requests for late departure are subject to confirmation by the property. - Upon request and availability, it is possible to request a rearrangement of the apartment with a change of towels, at a cost of € 50.00 A deposit may be required at the property.
