❌ ❌À éviter absolument❌❌ Ne vous laissez pas tromper par le prix attractif : cet appartement a été l’une de mes pires expériences de réservation. Points négatifs : Le propriétaire n’a jamais répondu à mes nombreux appels et messages (plus d’une vingtaine de relances). qu'au le lendemain. La douche ne fonctionne pas et le propriétaire le savait (preuves à l’appui : piles de chaudière déformées et mordu). Douche et douchette à main très sales. Rue extrêmement bruyante — à fuir si vous cherchez le calme. Cuisine très mal équipée : j’ai dû chauffer de l’eau dans une cocotte-minute pour me laver, une expérience frustrante, je vous laisse imaginer. Machine à laver hors service. Fenêtres sans aucune isolation. Appartement moyennement nettoyé. Absence d'ampoules Pas de miroir dans la salle d'eau Points positifs : Proximité des snacks et des commerces. 👉 Je joins quelques photos, à vous de juger par vous-même.

Nothing was good. It was a challenge finding the actual location of the accommodation as the owner put the wrong one on booking.com. Finally the owner sent the correct location on WhatsApp but we already wasted 1 hour trying to find this place. Next to that the owner doesn’t provide the WiFi unless you ask, which to me is silly. The owner left random slippers in the flat when we arrived, that’s how we knew they didn’t clean beforehand.

The place was dirty and there was not ventilation system. The heat in the flat is unbearable and all you can do is open the windows, but then the street noise disturbs you from sleeping. Next to that the floors were dirty and clearly the flat wasn’t cleaned before we entered and the owner didn’t care when I told him. There are no towels provided and the TV doesn’t work at all, which we informed the owner of but he insisted it works. Owner is disrespectful and doesn’t do anything to make your stay comfortable.

La maison est loin dans un endroit pas sécurisé , pas de serviette , tv ne fonctionne pas , le personnel ( le propriétaire) est une mauvaise personne il m’a interdit d’entrer à l’appart car mon accompagnant n’était pas avec moi , il arriverait tard et j’avais pas une copie de sa carte d’identité donc il a refusé de me donner les clés . Après il m’a pas acculiez il m’a envoyé la localisation fausse de l’appartement et 2 fotos de la porte et les clés dans une boîtier je le contacte par tel il répond pas et quand j’ai réagît mal il m’as obligé d’annuler la réservation si ses conditions me plait pas

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Warmes Wasser, WIFI, Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine..., sehr gut. Die Lage ist praktisch, ich wollte meine Familie aus dem Flughafen abholen und das hat super geklappt. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und die Kommunikation sehr gut. Ich musste auch nicht auf den Schlüssel warten, der Schlüssel konnte ich aus einem Box mit Code.
