near ski lift, parking( paid)

the apartment is not cosy, old fashioned, poor lighting, no wifi, TV shows just Italian channels, have to pay for bed linen and towels, while it wasnt mentioned when ordering the apartment. In the evening it is cold in the bedroom, no toilet paper, no garbage bags, no dishwashing sponges and detergents, no hairdryer, no soap. My bedroom door to the balcony was broken and it wasnot possible to locked it and cold weather came in through the door gap. The carpets in the bedrooms were not cleaned, cobwebs on the ceiling, dust on the lamps and beds. The water in the shower cabin doesnt drain well.
