"Great layout & location, but several issues"

The location was perfect; a mile from the parkway made it very convenient. The layout of the cabin was perfect for our family of 7. There are 4 BR and 3 full baths. One BR upstairs, one BR on the main floor, 2 BR downstairs. The products they told us they provided, they did provide. The decks were lovely. The hot tub worked well. The game room was nice & we enjoyed the pool table.
The property needs better maintenance Our biggest issue was the main floor toilet. It needs replacing! Due to no fault of our own, it stayed stopped up & unusable most of our time there. That left us with 2 baths. The cabin needs a deep clean. We saw very few bugs & that was good. The notes said the fireplace would be available until Apr 1. They had shut down the fireplace Mar. 28, the day we arrived. That was very disappointing for all 7 of us. The grill looks okay, but only has one small burner that works. We did grill, but it took a LONG time to get the meat cooked. Bring your own ice - the ice maker doesn't work & no ice cube trays. Bring clothes hangers - there are none.
