The family is beautiful, the location is so close to the beach. The hospitality is beyond measures. You have to be here to witness it all. The village Denuwala is so small and in between Ahangama and Midigama and the beach right there is a small cove w small tides. Ronush, the small kid is so sweet and you’ll really feel like you’re at home. Don’t go to big hotels, come stay at home stays, you’ll get your money’s worth.

loved staying at Prasai house! my room was nice and clean! loved staying away from the hustle. the beach is only at 4 min walk and it’s stunning. and the family is the best and I deserve them all the best, was so nice talking to the kids about school :) thank you so much for everything!

The family is just awesome, very kind and it's a pleasure to have some insight in their family life. It is also very well located and the price is absolutely fair.

We fell in love with the Prasai family from the first sight—such warm, caring, and genuine people. The location is great, in Midigama, very close to Lazy Left, and after surfing, you can take an outdoor shower in the cozy garden. You can also rent a scooter, as we did, and explore this part of the island on your own. If you need anything, just ask the family, and they will be happy to help! It can get hot in the room, and yes, mosquitoes come around, and the dogs in the neighborhood are barking, but that’s Sri Lanka, and it’s quite a part of life here. We loved our stay, and if you enjoy being around people, feeling comfortable with others, and making small talk and sharing laughter (because it’s a homestay, not a fancy hotel), then come here—you will be as happy with your stay as we were.♥️ Let me know if you need any further adjustments!

It's located one of the cutest streets I see in Midigama area. It has a nice garden which makes you feel you are sitting in your own place. They are one sweetest family with a huge smile on their faces. They were very helpful and generous during our stay. It was like we visited our relatives which we didn't see for a long time :) Even though the house is in a calm side of Midigama it doesn't mean that you are far from the main attractions. It's located walking distance to anything you might need from this little surf town. The room was also clean and was equipped with everything you can possibly need.

Internet connection was somehow kind of slow.

It is a beautiful stay with a beautiful family! The room has a private entrance, ensuite and a washing machine in the bathroom! There is also a shower outside for after surfing which we loved in the garden :) The bed is big and very comfortable and the family are so lovely, they always gave us tea in the morning! Would definitely recommend for a few nights as a nice getaway in Midigama/Ahangama. It is also walking distance from Lazy Left, Lazy Right, Plantations and Ahangama Beach!

This place is really great! Everything that is stated in the description and in the photos corresponds to reality! The family that runs this house is very good. These people are really kind and sincere. I really enjoyed being here and I extended my stay for a few more days. I recommend this place to anyone who wants peace, quiet and nature around and at the same time get excellent quality.
