The staff called us to inform us that the owner would be visiting with a buyer in the middle of our stay, but no one showed up. When I called, the staff member said he couldn't see anything on the calendar about a visit. This was very disrespectful of our paid time at the property. We tried to arrange not to be there, but as mentioned, no one showed up. We had a handicapped member of our group and it became an ordeal for him expecting people to show up. We could have at least received a call to cancel the planned walk-through to show the property. This makes us not want to use this property again or the listing agent again. Also, there were pretty stains in one of the lower rooms that were not properly cleaned up.
