No card key , no breakfast , no hangers , no towels , slippery , very tight toilet and shower , unsafe for old couples as it is slippery

None of the things you expected in a room was there , every time I need to go to my room , some one from the reception has to open for me , no towels , no hangers , no toilette paoers , no TV functioning , builders in the corridors of the hotel …etc

لا يوجد شي لم يعجبني كان يوجد ترميم داخل الفندق هذا الشي جيد لاني اعرف انهم يرتبون من أجل الزبون يحبون تغير حتى يرى زبون كل شي جديد

The staff was helpful

I was greatly disappointed that the entire hotel was very different from the pictures on Bookings. The lobby was like an old stockroom with mattresses and wood studs and old furniture just all around. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The floor hasn't been mopped in a long while. The bed Lenin had burn marks/holes. 0 amenities, the phone to the front desk doesn't work. The restrooms have old corroded faucets and shower heads, and a foul smell.
