The personal is very very nice

The door lock didn't work this is de 2 time we stay the first time we had to stay on lobby for more then 2 horas Now the lock the olnly reason we came back was the personal and they gib us a room on 3 floor very very noise

Comfy beds, very friendly and helpful staff, great location. Nice city view.

The shower could be improved. The water pressure is a bit low, and the design gets your head wet even if you do not plan on washing your hair.

"El mejor hotel"

Todo perfecto con las instalaciones y la ubicación pero lo mejor es el personal, en la recepción todos muy amables sobre todo quien nos atendió (un chico de Ciudad de México). El desayuno está muy bueno también

El servicio en recepción y en restaurante, el desayuno incluído súper completo. La habitación cómoda, con lo necesario.

En mi visita no servía el agua caliente pero fue un tema de tuberías rotas, en todo lo demás un 10
