Resort was good except in nature surrounding.

Details on the booking.com was not correctly mentioned, it was no mention of the AC and Non AC rooms, but when we reached there then found out that it was a non ac room booking.

No onndemand food , nonroom service, no drinking water bottles .

We recently stayed at the resort, but unfortunately our experience was not up to expectations. The rooms were not maintained properly, and the service was quite slow. We also faced issues with cleanliness and overall upkeep. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of service for future guests.

We could not reach the property only due to no proper communication/guidance from the property person

I had an extremely distressing experience at this property due to a severe lack of communication and care from the staff. Key Issues: Aggressive Payment Terms: Despite the booking stating "payment on arrival," I received an immediate call demanding a 50% advance to avoid cancellation, which I paid. Failed Communication: While confirming the advance payment, I clearly informed the staff we would be arriving around 12:00 AM and inquired about dinner. Crucially, the staff failed to mention that the forest road gate closes at 7 PM, despite knowing our late arrival time. Lack of Support: Upon arriving at the closed gate at midnight, we were stranded. When I called the staff for help, they were completely unhelpful and indifferent to our situation, leaving us with no guidance or support. Conclusion: We were left stranded in the middle of the night near a forest area with no assistance. Thanks only to a helpful forest officer on duty, we were able to find alternative accommodation. People traveling from other locations cannot be expected to know local, time-sensitive road restrictions. It is the basic duty of the local staff to provide this guidance, especially when informed of a late arrival. On humanitarian grounds, the service was unacceptable. Do not rely on this property for guidance or support.

There was no AC. They charged me extra Rs 1000 for ac room. Bed sheet was not clean. Toiletries were not provided in bathroom. Just small soap. No hot water kettle in room. No tv in room. Food was very oily
