Las habitaciones muy cómodas, muy buena ubicación, muy buen servicio y linda vista

Otros huéspedes haciendo mucho ruido ya tarde en el área compartida para poder comer, por lo que nos dificultó dormir y teníamos que madrugar al otro día

It is near the main streets of San Juan and it was fairly clean. Also the people were really helpful. They offer free coffee :)

The location is too noisy. It is in front of a place that is under construction and it was noisy all day. Also a lot of cars/tuk tuk are passing from there.

The place was very clean and comfortable with great views of the lake and el Mirador from our window. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Traffic is a bit heavy at times during the day as it's on the main street, but at night it quiets down.

It was very close to where the Maya Nose starting trail. And the room we stayed has the perfect view of the mirador and the Maya Nose.

It was still under construction but it’s promising! I bet when its all finished, it will be great.

I loved the staff members and the owner of the property! They are very accommodating and understanding. I told the owner that wifi isn’t working, and he came right by to fix it for me.

I didn’t like how expensive this property was compared to the one right next to it which isn’t on booking.com. You can only reserve it by person or by whatsapp but it is 200Q per night, and you get your own bathroom. I paid 350Q per night and I had a shared bathroom, plus I got zero sleep because of all the noises from the street cars, motorcycles and animals. This was partly due to semana santa but worth mentioning.
