Great location, close to everything, including the Port, bars and restaurants.

What we like is the location it's near the boulevard and the port. Many restaurants nearby.

It's an old structure, no elevator and no free breakfast. Also, the internet is not that good.

Room 214 has a wood floor that is not level, but worse is every time anyone walks past the door the floor moves causing the beds to vibrate. Towel was dirty with a shoe footprint Shower wasn't hand held only rain type, but took a good 5 minutes for the hot water to come through Taps dripping all night long. No mains outlets near the beds to charge phone, had to use TV socket as only that accept round pins On second day a Cock roach appeared in the shower area

Facilities worked but were minimal

The staff was very accommodating, I want to give thank you to the front desk manager Carol she took care of a problem with grace & kindness
