The villa’s location was also ideal, offering both privacy and proximity to local attractions, ensuring that we had plenty to do if we wanted to explore, or simply unwind in luxury. The staff (Ken) went above and beyond, providing personalized recommendations for activities and dining, ensuring that our stay was flawless. We especially appreciated his responsiveness and how they made sure every part of our experience was seamless and enjoyable. Overall, the Villa Experience R offered us an unforgettable vacation, combining comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning our next stay. As the property is brand new. There just needs to a few little conveniences like somewhere to hang bath towels etc.

I would highly recommend staying at Experience R for those going to Rusutsu. The complex is so excellent - brand new big apartment with an amazing Sauna and also parking. Also perfect for skiing with a big heated ski gear room. Thank you Ken and team.

I stayed with my friends from the Philippines. We booked the villa with a mountain view and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The villa was brand new, super clean, and had everything we needed. The host always responded quickly, curated a list of local restaurants we could try, and even helped us book ski rentals and lessons. Rusutsu was less than 10 minutes by car and Niseko about 30 minutes. To top all that, we were surrounded by beautiful views of Mt. Shiribetsu and Mt. Yotei - definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Truly an unforgettable winter wonderland experience!
