"это ужасно"

забронировал отель почти за неделю до заезда, риелтор игнорил меня до момента заезда, пришлось просить друга, который знает румынский позвонить ему. писал риелтору до этого на вайбер и ватсап и ему вообще безразлично. По итогу он скинул адрес моему другу на вотсап адрес, код от двери (мне он кидать не захотел, может не любит украинцев) адрес вообще другой, не тот что указан на букинге, квартира маленькая и количество спальных мест не совпадает. Душевая забита и вода не смывалась и вода попросту вытекала из ванной , так же забита была раковина на кухне. В комнате ужасный срач, на стенах ужасные красные пятна от томатной пасты, разбита лампа и оторваны шторы,кран на кухне поломан. Я ТАКОГО УЖАСА ЕЩЁ НЕ ВИДЕЛ, ТАК ПЛОХО КО МНЕ НИКОГДА НЕ ОТНОСИЛИСЬ!!!!!! ЭТО ЧИСТОЙ ВОДЫ МОШЕННИК

улучшить надо все, а лучше этому риелтору вообще удалить свой отель из букинга.

הוא נוכל כתוב שיש Check in אין ואין מפתחות ולא כלום גנב ממני 700₪ נאלצתי לקחת בית מלון אחר ואפילו בוקינק לא עזר לי גם הוא זבל

This “apartment “is horror,nothing to do with the advert!!! I couldn’t check in ,it looked as was some kind of vandalism there !!!the smell is not compatible with life’s breath!!!The bathroom full of dirt and spiders , the doors broken like was a horror fight with swords!!! It make me feel very scared to stay with my child!!!This is definitely a high scam !!!Please help me ar least to stop them to scam others families!!!!And please dont send them money!!!

- noisy street heard at night - punched doors and fridge, broken furniture, stained sheets, wet towels, uncomfortable beds - smell of cockroach poison on the building stairwell - cockroach în the apartment
