NLsuper host was very responsive, very good beds, good shower, the kitchen provided everything i needed, wifi signal was good. When water cooker broke down, it was replaced with another one within hours (despite the fact that it happened on a Sunday).

Very poor signage. Too small and no directions. Property address is confusing for google, and when one realises it’s actually on a small, parallel road, the street and unit number we were given were clearly displayed on another locked property . This caused us frustration , especially on a rainy day.

Somewhat isolated, need to drive to restaurants,shops. No breakfast served although shared kitchen had coffee and tea maker and complementary bottles of water. For a lengthy stay the guest could easily stock necessary food items. Guests should know no air conditioning. We brought our own fan and in evening was pleasantly cool.

UAThe room is very beautiful, spacious and clean! All interior items are perfectly matched and create comfort. The bathroom has everything you need. The owners have thought of all possible options for excursions and prepared in the form of a prospectus with all the necessary information and prices. Also, business cards and addresses of all necessary places were waiting for us separately: restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and other things. It's very caring. The location of Cascina Riva is close to the wonderful beach on Lago Maggiore. We travel without a car and it was important for us. We felt that we were expected here, we are welcome here and thought of us. Thank you very much Cascina Riva! It was unforgettable!
FIIt was clean
It was the coldest stay I've ever had. Spent the whole time under covers. 17 degrees and no way to turn on heating. It would have been warmer to sleep outside.
