"Very rude host - stranded in franschoek"

I’m sure the property is lovely however we never actually got to see it. Booked online through booking.com, received booking confirmation and money debited from bank account. Arrive and property to be told by the very rude and unhelpful host that there is no booking for us, the property has been rented out for 6 months!! When we asked for help if she could perhaps suggest another property we could stay at she just said no and hung up on us. Do not stay book this property as despite it showing as available for booking, them taking your money, you will most likely be turned away at arrival and treated appallingly by the host.
