Ambiente ampio e pulito. Non troppo lontano dal centro in una strada con molti locali

Checkout richiesto alle 10, cioè un'ora prima di quanto segnato su booking - peraltro considerando che il check in è stato alle 16, sei ore di pulizia mi paiono davvero un po' troppe. Gestione un po' complessa - ho dovuto chiedere il wifi al numero, mi hanno risposto dopo mezz'ora - nulla di grave ma...non è assai più semplice lasciare la password sul tavolo come la stragrande maggioranza degli host?

Location was excellent. A cute apartment in an older building which was a nice quirk in my opinion. The radio in the shower and Alexa in the apartment was a nice surprise.

The hot water was switched off or not working on our last morning so couldn’t enjoy a hot shower, which was sad. Our booking.com info said check-out was 11am but on the client info pack and alert from the rental company said it was 10am!

Close to the San Giovanni Train Station. Neat and tidy.

There was a ?smokey/tabacco smell in the apartment. Received nil response to a question we sent via booking.com to the owner. 3-4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment, no elevator! Something to consider if you are carrying a heavy suitcase with you.

Mogelijkheid om zelf te koken, Netflix, oké afstand van het centrum…

Niet zo’n proper verblijf: schimmel in één van de kookpotten, haren naast de douche en een vuil douchegordijn dat de kapotte douchedeur moest vervangen. De voordeur kon niet meer dicht, gelukkig kon je de houten luiken ervoor wel nog sluiten.

Great location especially to San Giovanni train station. Clean and spacious. Great full size kitchen for cooking a meal if you don’t feel like eating out. Really enjoyed our stay!

Das Apartment ist wirklich geräumig und gut gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend für einen Kurztrip.

Leider hat das Bad unangenehm gerochen, was wahrscheinlich am Abfluss liegt. Wir hatten von Anfang an nur kaltes Wasser, was während unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht behoben werden konnte. Wir haben hier eine Gutschrift i.H.v. knapp 50% des Buchungspreises erhalten.

The location was ok, the apartment is essential but with everything needed. The host was very helpful and kind.

Not very comfortable with a luggage, the apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator and the stairs are really narrow and steep (the building is really old). Pan handle was broken, the shower door missing and replaced with a stinky curtain, TV not working. Some hair and dust found in the bedroom and in the bath.
