"Séjour agréable, appart confortable et bien situé mais accueil à revoir"

L emplacement, l'appart moderne, agréable et bien équipé, la terrasse. Lave linge et seche linge à disposition ainsi que fer à repasser. Mention spéciale à la réception du clube albufeira qui nous a aidé à savoir où était situé l'appart et ont appelé le gérant du air bnb pour nous aider.

Accueil à distance , très perfectible. ( Rdv donné à 16h et personne de bnbird pour nous accueillir, tout se passe par whatsapp et cela prend du temps pour récupérer le code de la boite à clés alors que tout est payé, confirmé et non remboursable). Propreté très moyenne(sols, réfrigérateur non nettoyé, terrasse), une serviette sale, un lit aux draps douteux et lit mal fait, nettoyage appart non fait à l arrivée, avons dû attendre 19h pour prendre possession de l'appart au lieu de 16h. Places de parking en nombre insuffisant(passable en mai mais en haute saison sûrement très compliqué de se garer à proximité). Piscine non chauffée.

"Sparkly clean spacious unit in a quiet resort complex."

The unit was clean and spacious. Nicely stocked kitchen. Mattress was one of the most comfortable of our Portugal stays. There were beautiful pools but our stay was off season so did not use. The terrace was a good size.

It’s a bit far away from the historic centre. You do need a car. None of the on-site restaurants were open during our off season stay. The dryer didn’t work so we had to dry 3 loads of laundry on the terrace. Fortunately we had a sunny day!

Gostei muito do apartamento , das piscinas e de toda a envolvência.

Não conseguirmos aceder aos canais de televisão portugueses e da limpeza . O chão estava sujo, algum pó e tinha bichos na casa de banho .

It had Everything in apartment that you need good location we really enjoyed it Washing machine was a bonus

It was just really hard to find the apartment at first the area is big
