It's private but in a scary location

The location and that I had to pay for water and electricity bill they sent me code once ans insisted I pay myself. This is the first apartment I had to buy electricity since moving to cape town

"It was overall very nice!"

The place was very nice and cosy. Literally has everything you need and more. Really exceeded my expectations. Definitely booking again!

Just the area is sketchy but nothing too serious to worry about.

Everything was so locked up. No bed or descend matras for my child to sleep on. Cockrouches everywhere. Cupboards broken. Lots of people walking up and down streets. People in building very load.

"An unfair accommodation..beware of hidden cost."

The Unit quite bright and clean.

1) Main gate spoilt,big luggage hard to get In. 2) Washing machine spoilt. 3) we have to pay water usage 150ZAR and electricity bill 400ZAR which is deem unfair to us as we are not being told during booking time. We ask for refund and yet to get it. 4) Hidden cost: booking time says late Check out is allowed yet actually we will be charge ZAR90 for every hour.
