Yellow House

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Yellow House. The room and bathroom were spotless and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was immaculately clean – it really felt like a cozy spot away from home. The location is not too central however it is within 15 mins walking distance from the historical center, and the walk in the alleyways of Sibiu was a peaceful blessing. What made this stay even more special was the host. Laurentiu went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, from assisting me in reaching and entering my designated suit to making sure I was settled in comfortably and the room being heated enough to my liking; and finally to being understanding and flexible with my last day's check-out time. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference, and I felt incredibly welcomed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

The Yellow house is a newly refurbished house with several apartments. It exceeded all of our expectations, we travelled to Sibiu with family and friends for a gathering and festival and needed to be close to the centre, so the location of the apartments were perfect. The rooms are all very large and the en-suite facilities in each room are all of the highest standard. The communal kitchen area is small but adequate, and even though all of the rooms were occupied it was still large enough for everyone to prepare food. The location of the house is within easy walking distance of the centre with a big supermarket just a five minute walk away. During our stay we needed to contact the owner and he responded very quickly and resolved our queries! The secure parking in the grounds of the house was also great. Very good facilities in a perfect location, all of the other guests that we spoke to were also very impressed by the Yellow House, Thank you very much!

The Yellow House apartments is very easy to find, the landlord and staff are very welcoming and helpful. All of the information that we needed for access was sent prior to our arrival. The location of the apartments means that you are right in the heart of the city, so you can walk to all of Sibiu's attractions. The parking for vehicles is safe, secure and free in the house compound. There are bars and restaurants literally on your doorstep, with shops and markets for all of your food within 400 meters. The facilities in the kitchen are more than adequate, we also happened to be staying at the same time as other really helpful tourists, so the kitchen sharing was very enjoyable and informative! We have stayed in Sibiu previously in hotels and apartments but The Yellow House is definitely the best we have stayed in!! The photographs of the apartments do not do the property justice, we were completely blown away by the size of the rooms and the bathroom facilities. The landlord has finished everything to the highest specification, both bedding and towels are of very high quality!!

The property is very safe and clean. It’s located very close to the center, about 10-15 minutes by walking. The bed is very comfy, bathroom had all necessary utilities.

I have no complaints!

The room was spacious and modern. It was nice to have private parking. The walk to Old Town was about 15 minutes. Laurentia was super helpful.

It would have been nice to have a fan in the room.
