Hotel Moskva

Fantastic room - very comfortable and enjoyed the spa. The breakfast was superb!

In dit chique hotel voelden we ons erg welkom. Het personeel is vriendelijk, het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en er is live pianomuziek bij, Het ligt in het centrum van Belgrado, maar wel rustig, niet in het uitgaansgedeelte. De auto werd voor ons weggezet en stond weer klaar bij vertrek. De kamer was ruim genoeg en de bedden waren prima.

99% of the personal were excellent, reception great, concierge superb, waiters fantastic, cleaning ladies very nice, BUT: Dont go to the spa if you dont want to be treated like in a police control. I could not believe how it can be that in a such a beautiful and prestigious hotel can have a such low class service and bad educated personal in their spa. The manager was lovely, but unfortunately, the stuff does not follow up with the minumim standards of education and service.

The stuff if the spa does not rrach the minimum level of service, the manager was really nice, but they should fire her stuff👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 of the spa. I never have been treated in a such a low and unrespectfull way, not even in an airport police control
