Bardzo dobre śniadania, miły personel, niska cena i blisko do rynku. Całkiem dobry hotel jeżeli ktoś chce się po prostu wyspać i umyć w trakcie zwiedzania Krakowa zamiast siedzieć w pokoju.

W pokoju było bardzo zimno. Brak grzejnika w łazience to niestety minus. Niska jakość telewizora (obraz śnieżył i były może ze 3 polskie kanały), płaskie poduszki.

Zimno w pokoju, łazienka nieogrzewana, problem z odpływem wody pod prysznicem, wyrwany ze ściany kontakt, poplamione rolety, grzyb na rolkach kabiny prysznicowej
