Upon arrival, we were asked to park our car somewhere else, about 300 meters from the hotel, otherwise we would have to pay 8 euros per day if we wanted to park at the hotel, even though we had booked free private parking available at the hotel on the booking website. Worse still, on Maeba Beach, the staff pointed out chairs for us to use in the middle, which was far from the sea. Otherwise, we had to pay an extra 10 euros per chair if we wanted chairs facing the sea. When we asked why, they said they were all occupied, while almost the entire beach was empty. We found this very strange, unusual, and antisocial.Upon checkout, we had to pay an additional 42 euros in taxes, even though this was clearly stated during booking; the price Includes taxes and charges.

Kein Wort Englisch beim Personal des Frühstücksraums, keine Person konnte einem hier weiterhelfen. Wir wollten einfach nur wissen, wo unser Tisch zu finden ist. Es gab einen Standardsatz: „One Moment please…“ Am ersten Tag wurden wir dann einem Tisch zugeordnet nachdem man uns ca. 10 Minuten hat warten lassen („One Moment please…“). Am letzten Tag beschwerte sich dann der Chefkellner warum wir an diesem Tisch sitzen und nicht ihn fragen…das Frühstückspersonal unfreundlich und nicht kompetent.

CAgreat location, lot of grocery stores, restourants etc. just at the bottom of the hotel. Beach is only 5 min walk down the street! We are a family with 2 small children, Hotel is perfect for family with kids. Also 2 pools and an amazing roof deck with also a little splash pool for kids. Cockteil bar was great, there is also a restourant in the facility but we didnt use it. Lot of free bikes available with back seat for kids. Cesenatico city center is only 10 min bike ride from the the hotel. We changed 2 rooms during our stay and both were rennovated, large and with balcony. Bunkbed was working really well for our kids and great hair condition (was really hot there during our stay). Great stay overall, we will go back.
