"Decent place close to the city"

The location was near supermarkets and restaurants, and the house looked nice on the inside.

You can hear the train every day in the afternoon. Can't tell if the train also passes by during the day, but after 6 pm, you can hear the train at least 3 times. The wooden floor needs some replacing/fixing because it is squeaky. Sofa futon is not comfortable by the way.
