They first denied for AC room although the booking was for AC room. Then they said to cancel the booking and they vl give the room outside online booking. When denied to do so they gave a room in which AC was there but was not cooling at all.

Staff was supportive. Specially on the very first day have faced issues with AC , they have checked and shifted me to another room. Also they helped me in booking vehicles specially bikes so as to roam across puri and nearby locations.

Ac can be better.

The Hotel is located in a calm and serene locality. The nearest transportation facility to Shree Jagannath temple, beach, bus-stand, and railway station is 300 meters from the Hotel. The room is airy and aesthetically decorated. Cleanliness of the room is unmatched. The Hotel staff--namely Mr. Ramachandra and Mr. Vikram--are superstars--who were 24 hours accessible, took my calls immediately, and made my stay pleasant and comfortable. I'll stay at Titili Plaza when I visit Puri again in future.

The Restaurant facility could be improved further.

It is soooooo goood place for stay that i never expected. The environment near the hotel is peaceful and calm, it is a bit far from Jagannath temple but it was amazing for a family stay far from home. The staff is veryyy much cooperative and they fulfilled all of my expectations. They are not hungry for money rather they provide a good vibe of hospitality. I had two senior citizens with me and they kept all the neccesities available to them when i was out for a day. Very nice place for stay. 100% recommended.

Excellent staff behaviour, clean hotel rooms with facilities, worth stay with family members.

Location is totally landlocked, for going to beaches and markets, extra bearings are required.
