"Disappointing experience, unprofessional host"

It was in a decent location, not hard to find.

There’s no elevator. The Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out. The AC was cutting in and out as well. We stayed for 2 nights and we mentioned to the host that these were happening after the first night. They said they would check on it and told us it was fine. However, this continued to happen the next evening. We asked for a room switch as we can see one that’s available on booking.com. The host responded by saying “you can go sleep outside instead, it is not that hot” and hung up on us. This was such a disappointing experience as it was all of our first times in Croatia.
