El propietario nunca me contestó, no dejó el número de departamento, no dejó instrucciones en la recepción, sus teléfonos de contacto no sirven, nunca contestó el e-mail, estuve esperando más de una hora y jamás hubo respuesta.

I booked this place and it was a scam . There was no one at the desk to help me. I called the number and Email that booking.com provided me and there was no answer from anyone. The stressing part was that by the time that I got to this place I was already tired from traveling and when I got yo this place no one was able to help me and I didn't know where to go. This was my 2nd scam reservation with booking. Com and I don't know you allow this. 2 horrified experience and I had to spend more money on traveling to get to a different place because you're properties were scammers.

Nothing, as the owner did not respond to the messages, we could not get into the building.

We couldn't get into the apartment, unfortunately the cancellation was not free either. Owner did not provide the instructions to get into the apartment, nor he responded to the messages. And my credit card was already charged. I am disappointed in booking.com as well, because they are not doing anything besides referring me back to the owner to get a refund. What kind of a scam is this? Booking.com should refund the money immediately in these situations and ban that owner from using their site.
