Had to ask for towels. And they told me higher when I checked out. I had to show them the booking then they change to rhe price mentionedon line

This is a hidden gem in Nugwi, the northern portion of the Island. When you land you can take a shared taxi for 2500 shillings per person, or get a private taxi. Bodaboda are also available. (It's about one and a half hours north of stonetown). The grounds are nice, and clean. There is a common breakfast area, or you can eat in your room if you prefer. The rooms are nice, with AC, warm showers and if you are on the third floor you have a beautiful view of the ocean everyday! The beds are very comfortable, with modern duvets. Breakfast was delicious and different most days, but if you want something in particular, the staff is very accommodating. The staff is fantastic and have great recommendations for local food. Shakira is a great host! Getting around you can bodaboda everywhere if ya want, taxi, rent a moped, or rent bikes. Walking is fine as well, you can get some late night eats just down the road. The b&b is about 5 minutes on bodaboda from Kendwa beach, by far one of the most beautiful natural beaches I've ever seen. You can also check out Mangi Restaurant near royal beach, also delicious and a nice vibe around dusk with beach shows. Overall a great place for the price with very cool people.

The facilities were in a very good condition. Breakfast was good and it was not too far to walk to the beach. We liked the vibe, walking among the inhabitants of Zanzibar. The beach was awesome, and we spent most of our time at Mangi's Beach Restaurant. Owner helped us with transport arrangements and was available telephonically.

Some of my friends complained that their mattresses were hard. They got used to it afterwards

Brand new facilities, sufficient breakfast, helpful and kind staff, adequate housekeeping. The property is situated in quiet, peaceful surroundings. Great, cost-efficient alternative to the neighboring resorts in the area. Exceptional.

Location is a bit removed from the beaches and any semblance of town, which didn’t bother us, but plan to walk at least 20 or so to get to the nearest beach, restaurant etc.
